Where Aesthetics Shape Perception
An editorial exploring aesthetics, culture, and the human experience

About the Editor
Mahasa is the Creative Director and Editor-in-Chief of Seteū Magazine a digital publication exploring the aesthetics, perception, and the human experience through fashion, beauty, interiors, and modern culture.
With a background in psychology and years of experience creating and curating visual narratives for brands, she approaches style not simply as aesthetics, but as a language.
** Style is not decoration.
It is a language of perception.**
Her fascination with fashion began early, long before launching Seteū Magazine. What began as admiration for runway artistry evolved into a deeper inquiry: Why does style shape confidence? How does beauty influence the way we are seen — and how we see ourselves?
Seteū Magazine was born from that inquiry - an exploration of aesthetics, identity, and the psychology behind how we present ourselves to the world.
Through conceptual imagery and intentional storytelling, Mahasa examines the relationship between image and identity in an era of digital self-curation. The visuals presented within the publication are thoughtfully constructed representations — exploring refinement, presence, and the evolving nature of self-expression.
The name Seteū is a personal tribute to her journey as a mother and creator — building a platform from home that reflects both depth and discipline.
Under her direction, Seteū is not simply a magazine. It is a study of perception, aesthetics, and the psychology behind how we present ourselves to the world.
In addition to the editorial platform, Mahasa founded Seteū Studio — a curated extension of the publication’s philosophy, translating ideas of identity, refinement, and intentional presence into thoughtfully designed pieces.
